 With nearly 20 years of experience in recruitment, our Director, Lucy, brings both passion and professionalism to everything she does. She firmly believes that the best career matches are built through honest, open conversations and a genuine understanding of people.

In founding Spencer & Co, Lucy set out with a clear vision: to become the recruitment partner of choice. Her dedication to connecting individuals with their ideal roles continues to drive the business forward every day.

Outside of work, Lucy is married, loves to travel, and enjoys exploring new places whenever she can. In quieter moments, she also likes to express her creativity through a touch of writing.

 Spencer isn’t just our office dog, he’s our daily dose of energy, positivity, and inspiration. With a wagging tail and an instinct for lifting spirits, he reminds us every day of the importance of connection, care, and trust, the very values we bring to our work in recruitment.
